Singapour

... why Singapour on Argentyl !!? Could have put something like "Tylgapour" or "Singaptyl"... Well, the point is that I don't want to have a blog for each destination... I already have 2 blogs to handle and it's difficult enough.
So, OK, sure, it doesn't make any sense to have any other destination than Argentina on a blog named this way. So let's try to give a sense. Erm... Well... huh. Hrmpf. Oh yeah, I know. Let's say Argentine gave me the taste for long distance travels and so on. Then, it made me able to apply to such a school I'm in now and ... well ... then it's a kind of tribute I pay to Argentina to have made of my destiny what it is now : something international.

EEEEENNNOUUUUUUUGHHHHH !!!!

OK, got it, you don't care.

So.
I went to Singapour, thanks to my current school (ENSAM, for the frenchies reading me) who is eager - thanks to her - to send us in some hotspot of company & business develomement. Singapour is one of these. Economic crisis didn't reach Asia, seems. Good enough. Well, you don't care for history and economy, do yeh ? I doubt it.

You want... PICTUUUURES !! And that's what I'm here for. Let's do this, gangster

First, the flight. O'course. Well, I know, you're all disappointed, but no, there is no tomato juice in it. I forgot why I didn't take any...

'doh !

Zi hotel we were in... Impressive.

Well, just after realizing we could not have our bedrooms just after arriving, we let our stuff in the hotel, changed our clothes, and went to visit. I went with 2 colleagues to Indian Town and we had a cup of rather good coffee and a glass of water. We didn't have to regret the water. Thanks Gosh.
Funny thing about the Indian and the Arabic sides of the city : they look poorer (well, let's say "poorer" than the overwhelming rich rest of Singapoure), but they are clean. Amazing. I mean, you have the rusty things, the "old looking" buildings, the people dressed in cheaper clothes, but its well organized, clean, and safe. ... Apart from the rain dripping from the roofs directly on the fruits but ANYWAY. Funny mix, very typical of Singapore : even the most "authentic" side of this city is well organized.

Noodle fabric !!

We went to the Mosquée. We took our shoes off.

Yeah mate, taxi drives know their job. Oh my Buddha...

No comment ? Yes comment ? C'mon ! This really looks like one.

I lol'ed.

There is a lot of water in Singapore, just in case you wouldn't know. It's very islanded, and the built a lot on the water. Some really nice boats take you to have a global sight of the city. Funny !

I. Loved. This. Restaurant.

Well, here we go, a few monuments in S'pore :

The Merlion, symbol of Singapore ("the City of the Lion", etymologically)

The overfamous Marina stuff. Hotel restaurant bar it costs you an arm to get in.

Thousands of balloons in front of the Marina (see below). A few friends had written on it.
Didn't check.
Trusted 'em.

Tired, huh ?

The main Singapore buildings...

A friends' tattoo.

Bronze children jumping in water. Very well made.

 That's it for today, folks.
Tomorrow (or later), I'll show you other stuff. Like ... hu... a night in Chinatown ? :) See you later, people, and happy to see you again !!

And Terima Khasi for reading !
