Che, Barilo !

Bariloche, lo harán entendido...

Hi guys ! How are you !? It's been a long while, eh ? Shitty Internet, crazy things to do in day, and much sleep to catch up with at night. But here I am !!

Let's first talk about the city and the first tour we had with my sweet swiss friends. I had met them in BsAs at the beginning of January, we bumped into each others in Puerto Madryn a few days after, and once again in Perito Merdeno. We can't fight against fate (I mean, we can, but we can't win) : we stayed together and decided to make it to Bariloche together. Soooo here we are !

The travel to Bariloche was quite... the same as many other ones. Except the fact that we had some engine trouble in the bus, and stopped in the kind of place you wish you had anything but a car issue.

We stopped at a nice service station which gave me a nice opportunity to make (once again) a silly picture.

Yeah, that's a shame : even a spot of dirty water near a service station looks nice.

So, here is how the city lookes like : flowers, wood, fresh air... and dogs.

Stray dogs, many many of them, barking at... cars. Yeah. Coming veeeery close to wheels and barking at tires. Porque no ?

Bariloche, the swiss part of Argentina : wooden houses, green places, fondues, chocolate, ice creams (♥), everything to make your life better !

First meal : fondue. Yeah, 2 swiss guys and a Frenchy going to Argentina and eating a fondue in mid-summer. Normal. Please notice that it made us happy. True, true.

Many lakes, then, of course. Come on, we are in Swissgentina !

A few wrecked cars, somehow...

So awkward : we were taking pictures and making fun of this car, and the owner came to drive it away. "Hm, no, we weren't making fun of anything, angry-looking moustache-bearing argentinan sir. "

Chill out, mate !

Thanks Chris for these last 2 pictures.

2nd day, we went to the Road of the Seven Lakes. A normal trip in Patagonía :

So, here is the first lake me met in the Road of the Seven Lakes.
Amazing, eh ?

Of course... goddamn tourists, couldn't keep from making rocks bouncing on water... Tsss.

Trust me : there was water above these rocks. Clear, isn't it ? ☻

So, after disturbing all the disturbable things in this poor pure lake, we left to the next lake. Be prepared.
... Oh ! First, a "road trip". I mean : we (... I alone, in fact) had fun with the road signs.

C'mon, catch up !

True.

Yeah... Drinking whisky is dangerous when driving, but only if you put hielo (= ice) in it... ☻

Here are a few lakes we passed by, along the way to the last lake I was talking about, a few lines and stupid pictures ago :

At last, we arrived at this marvellous Lake. And we had to stop using the car, anyway. The brake-liquid wire was almost falling apart. And the fuel tank was leaking. Hence I learned that a leaking tank can be very dangerous, if a rock is thrown by a wheel, hits the tank, makes a spark, and lights up the tank. So, we decided to take advantage of this heaven-like place. We were right, trust me !

Oh, and let me tell you about our friend, Joey. We saved him from the deadly blue waters of this lake.

Alas, we could not take the water out of his lungs... Hence he died, and we put his mortal corpse back on the waters, on a small raft heading for better places.

He didn't lose no time, and after a few seconds, he started walking in water. I think Bernie Christ and I earned a few faith-token to help us sitting at the Right of God.

Yeah, once again, we threw rocks in water. Truely addictive !

Sorry for you, Bernie. I know it hurts.

I... wasn't naked.

A few kilometers away, on our back way to town, we crossed a bridge. Above a nice river. Chris dived, of course.
Taking advantage of his recently earned Faith Token, He jumped like an bathsuited angel.

... and so did Bernie.

I just tried to tranform into a bat.

... I was diving, in fact. Have a look :

 Here it is !
That's all for this first day which was, I have to admit, one of the best (... the best, in fact) of my whole trip in Patagonía. Thanks guys ! :D
